I ordered this stocking on the 6th of December, thinking that was plenty of time for it to arrive in time for christmas.
After it hadnt arrived after 10 days I emailed them to see where it was, as I was told it would be with me within 7 days. I was told it would be here after the weekend it wasnt. I emailed the company again to ask where it was and had NO response, I phoned and was told I was bared. finally managed to get through online to someone. who told me that have only just decided my claim was honest and posted a new one which arrived 2 days before Xmas.
the product was of poor quality and the customer service I felt was just as bad.
Sadly what I thought was going to be a great product and childish present for my partner became a nightmare!!

I ordered this item approximately a week before Christmas 2011 knowing I was pushing it a bit fine getting it delivered in time.
It's now the 9th of February 2012 and I still have not reviewed the product! Maybe I will get it in time for Christmas 2012!
